Upper Body
Target key muscles and groups with specific exercises and proper form. ROOT Strength System allows for multiple-grip Pull-ups, Push-ups, Dips, Curls, Shoulder Presses, and much more.
Lower Body
Lower Body emphasis is a crucial part to any workout. ROOT Strength System allows for a variety of leg exercises, including Front Squats, Rear Squats, Bulgarian Split Squats, Lunges, Step-Ups, and much more.
Core
Core Strength is mixed into all Root Strength System workouts. From Air Rows, Planks, Russian Twists, V-Ups, Yoga Poses, and much more.
Cardio
Cardio training is one of the four main areas of focus for a full-body workout. Root Strength System facilitates cardio training with a variety of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, such as Mountain Climbers, Toe-Taps, Cross-Overs, W's and so much more.
Your New At-Home Workout System
Root Block
This is the main platform from which all exercises are performed. It can be used as a stand-alone platform for over 95% of the exercises, or in conjunction with the HD Mount Brackets for Pull-ups, Hanging Leg-Raises, and convenient storage. Weighing in at 25 lbs, the Root Block provides adequate weight to provide a challenging workout for all ability levels.
HD Mounting Brackets
Our HD Mounting Brackets are designed to conveniently mount on any wall, directly into studs. The studs can be 16" or 24" apart for a perfect fit. With these mounting brackets, you can not only store your Root Strength System out of the way, without using floor space, but you can use them to perform all of your hanging exercises, including pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and more. The patented gussets allow you to hook tension bands and various straps to further enhance any workout.
